Paraphrasing from a renowned book titled - 'Power of the Subconscious Mind".

The magic lies in the simple realization that our subconscious mind is infinitely intelligent & it can be used to achieve or attain anything -- particularly anything we desire or aspire.

The human afliction is just that we fail to control our own minds. We grow anxious, stressful and depressed in our lives due to a multitude of reasons. The sad part is that a whole lot of people never even accept this affliction, let alone try to remedy it. People tend to grow depressed & despondent.

How then do you turn around a life pervaded by gloom?

Well, first things first. A child is typically joyous and carefree. We were all children once upon a time. Haven't we all experienced pure bliss as a child?

Try to recall such moments from your childhood. It does not have to based on a profound event. Often it is quite the opposite. Perhaps, it was spurred on by something as trivial as hastily gulping down a cup of ice-cold water after a frantic game of cricket.

It happens to most of us. Pure bliss. As a child. It is natural. As we grow up, our minds are continuously bombarded with information, opinions and impressions. This goes on until our very last breath. It is imperative that we take the time to analyze how our environment constantly shapes our subconscious mind. That is the key to cultivating good habits in life and performing them consistently.

We are often told that we should be more conscious. It is true. A worthwhile pursuit. Having said that, the very first thing we ought to be more conscious about is the presence of an infinite intelligence within us. Within all of us.

That is -- as we already seen -- our subconscious mind. Think about it. You and I are able to effortlessly perform complex functions like breathing and digestion. Why then do we struggle with far simpler tasks in life? Why is office a struggle for many? Why is fitness an issue? Why does anger afflict us? It makes no sense.

It is as if a table topping, world class soccer team that beats every worthy opponent routinely comes up short against lesser opposition. Wouldn't that be odd?

Anyway, to cut a long story short, I wanted to -- by the way of my maiden post on this App -- re-inforce the idea that our mind is constantly in learning mode. We must be particularly conscious of what it is exposed to. Our subconscious mind is the original example of Machine Learning. Do you want to reap the benefits? Or do you want to be amother case study for subsconscious learning gone horribly wrong?

Neil Blevins via Artstation
